Ruffin Allen Glover

Brown Summit – Mr. Ruffin Allen “Al” Glover, 57, of Brown Summit, passed away on Friday, April 14, 2017. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, April 15th, 2017 at one o’clock in Gospel Baptist Church, 5945 North Church Street, Greensboro, North Carolina 27455. Rev. Paul Luttrell and Rev. Carl Shelton will officiate. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Saturday, beginning at Noon at the church. Al was born on May 23rd, 1959 in Guilford County to the late Robert Murr Glover and Geneva Minor Glover. He grew up and lived in Brown Summit his entire life. Al was a graduate of Northeast Guilford High School, class of 1977. He was a welder and pipe fitter with Superior Mechanical, Inc. Survivors include his wife of thirty-seven years, Susan Glover; his daughter, Rebecca and husband, Brad Williams; his brother, Mitch and wife, Gail Glover.
