Sallie Reynolds Perkins

Reidsville: Sallie Reynolds Perkins, 82, of Advance, NC, passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2015, at Hospice Palliative Care in Winston-Salem. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, August 7, 2015, at Reidlawn Cemetery with Elder Kenneth Roberts officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Wilkerson Funeral Home starting at 1:00 PM. Mrs. Perkins was a native of Rockingham County and was the daughter of the late, Charlie and Mamie Smith Reynolds. She attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness of Reidsville and Mocksville. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed nature and all good things God brought to the earth. Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Elisha Robert Perkins; her daughter, Nancy Perkins; her son, Robert Carlton Perkins; 2 sisters and 2 brothers. Mrs. Perkins is survived by her sons, Mike Perkins and wife, Rhonda and Jesse Perkins both of Mocksville and Jason Perkins and wife, Natasha of Myrtle Beach, SC; her daughter, Sarah Gaither and husband, Pernell of Mocksville and 19 grandchildren.
