Kernersville - Sandra Pike Matthews, 72, of 1528 Ballard Court, passed away on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at Kate B. Reynolds House in Winston Salem.There will be no formal services at this time.Sandra was born in Rockingham County to the late Edd B. and Hattie Viola White Pike. She was a retiree of Ball Corporation.Survivors include her sons, John Duggins and wife, Anita, Richard Duggins; daughters, Debra Duggins Clements, Jackie Lou Matthews Haley; grandchildren, John Tyler Duggins, Dana McGlamery, Mary Beth Haley and Sandy Haley; eight great grandchildren; brothers, Phil Pike, Gene Pike; sisters, Beverly Pike, Mickey Moore and special niece, Angie Gonzales.In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Hospice and Palliative Care Center, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston Salem, N.C. 27103Condolences may be sent to the family at www.wilkersonfuneral.com
