S.E. "Snoot" Horton

Reidsville: S.E. “Snoot” Horton, 46, of Reidsville, passed away on Friday, January 27, 2017, at Hospice Home of Rockingham County. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, January 30th, 2017, at Wilkerson Funeral Home with Major Paul Fuller officiating. Entombment will follow at Evergreen Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at Maidie and Roger Paschal’s home, 563 Massey Rd. Snoot was born on December 10, 1970, in Rockingham County to Maidie and Bobby Lee Horton. Snoot graduated from Rockingham County High School. Snoot was a member of the Salvation Army and a very committed volunteer for the church’s charitable work in the community. Snoot was preceded in death by father, Bobby Lee Horton, and grandparents, Neely and Virginia Williams. Survivors include mother, Maidie Horton Paschal and husband Roger and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and church family.
