Sharon June Ray

Ruffin: Sharon June Ray, 54, passed away on November 3, 2018 at Annie Penn Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at Wilkerson Funeral Home with Pastor Mickey Alcorn officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Sharon was born in Rockingham County to Mary Evans Ray and the late James Irvin Ray. She was a former employee and eventually became owner of Sanitary Café and for many years operated her own cleaning service. Sharon is survived by her spouse, Dale F. Chrismon of the home; sons, Joshua Ray “Tori” and Zachary Chrismon “Allyson”; grandchildren, Jayla “Mallory” Mason, Sophia Ray and Liam Chrismon; mother, Mary Ray of Reidsville; brothers, Billy James, Danny James and Ronald Ray all of Reidsville.
