Reidsville – Shawnessee Tara Jernigan Hutchens Duggins, 32, of 1245 Highway 704, Madison passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2009.A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday , June 20, 2009 at Wilkerson Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Eugene Broom officiating. Tara was born in Montgomery County, Maryland and attended Reidsville Senior High School.She is survived by her husband, James Duggins of Eden; son, Christler Wyatt Hutchens; daughter, Janet Faye Hutchens, of the home; parents, William Christler Smith and Teresa Tolley Smith of Reidsville; brothers, Robert Darrell Jernigan of Alabama, William “Billy” Jernigan, Jr. of Virginia; former husband, Thomas Wyatt Hutchens of the home. The family will be at the residence, 1245 Highway 704, Madison and at the home of the parents, 1401 Wentworth Street, Reidsville.
