Steven Roy Davis

Reidsville: Steven Roy Davis, Sr., 56, of 151 Farris Dr., Stoneville, woke up in glory on Wednesday, February 26, 2014, at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM, on Saturday, March 1st, 2014 at Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Frank Patterson officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memory Gardens. Steven Davis was born on August 17, 1957, in Tucson, AZ to Roy Lee and Dixie Overby Davis. He loved working on his monster truck and fixing up cars. He was very devoted to taking care of his family. He was a loving husband, father and son and also loved his furry grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Lee Davis. Survivors include his wife Paulette M. Davis; his son, Steven Davis, Jr. and wife Candace; his daughter, Roxann N. Davis; his mother, Dixie O. Davis and his brother, Anthony L. Davis. The family will receive friends from 7:00 – 9:00 PM on Friday, February 28, 2014, at Wilkerson Funeral Home and other times at 912 Wilson St., Reidsville.
