Sue Saunders

Burlington: Miss Sue Saunders, 76, of Burlington, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 3rd, 2015. Miss Saunders was born on June 18th, 1938 in Caswell County to the late Jonah Ware Saunders and Mary Elizabeth Shreve Saunders. She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Matilda Saunders, Lorene Saunders, Othelia Gray Saunders; brothers, Scott Saunders and William Saunders. Survivors include: her sister, Inez S. Wrenn of Reidsville; sisters-in-law: Frances and Bonnie Saunders; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at three o’clock on Wednesday, May 6th, 2015 at Wilkerson Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Pleasant Grove Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from six until eight o’clock at Wilkerson Funeral Home and other times at the home of her sister, Inez Wrenn.
