Susie Jane Adams Harrison Taylor

Reidsville: Susie Jane Adams Harrison Taylor, 93, formerly of 2316 Westover Drive, Reidsville died Tuesday, July 1, 2008 at Britthaven of Madison.   Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 3, 2008 at Lakeview Memorial Park, Greensboro, NC with Rev. George Fox officiating. Susie was born in Wilkes County to the late Jess and Alice Richardson Adams. She retired from Burlington Drapery after 30 years and was a member of Community Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Clifton Marvin Harrison; brothers, Mac Adams, Sam Adams, Harden Adams, John Adams and Wayne Adams; sisters, Betty Louise Adams, Lillie Howell and Hattie Davis. She is survived by her husband, Thomas W. Taylor and step daughter, Lee Ann Stone and husband, Harvey of Reidsville; step grandchildren, Trisha Olibo and husband, James, Kristi Stone and Kevin Stone; step great grandchildren, Tristan, Patrick and Matthew Olibo and Kasey Frye; brother, Ward Adams and wife, Bertha of Winston Salem; sisters, Mary Ingram of Ruffin and Fay Johnson of Winston Salem and special niece, Linda Jackson. The family will receive friends at Wilkerson Funeral Home prior to the service from 9:30 – 10:30AM.   At other times the family will be at Lee Ann Stone’s home, 251 Regency Drive.
