Tammy Renee Knight Ward

Reidsville: Tammy Renee Knight Ward, 44, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, September 11, 2015. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 A.M., Monday, September 14, 2015, at Wilkerson Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Lattimer officiating. Burial will follow in Sandy Cross Wesleyan Church Cemetery. Tammy was born on June 24, 1971, in Germany to John William Knight, Jr. and Brenda Kaye Childress. She enjoyed working at the Hicks Agency. She really liked music and loved to cook. She loved her kids and her family. Tammy is survived by her son, Jonathan Cody Ward; her daughters, Brittney Marie Ward and Angelica Gwendolyn Ward; her mother, Brenda Childress Krites and husband Rick; her father, John Knight and wife Mary; her sister, Angela Nicole Albea and husband Brian; her brother, Christopher Lee Krites; special cousin, Kasey Lynn Krites, and many cousins, aunts and uncles. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6-8 P.M., Sunday, September 13, 2015, at Wilkerson Funeral Home.
