Tracy Gordon Roach, 60, of Reidsville, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on October 27, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, November 1st, 2018 at Wilkerson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Roselawn Cemetery. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service and other times at the home of Penny Roach Howerton. Tracy was born to Mallory Roach and the late Dean Troxler. He had a great love for everyone, and was an avid Carolina Tar Heels and Dallas Cowboys fan. He never met a stranger and brought joy wherever he went. All those who encountered Tracy couldn’t help but share the same great love and joy he carried. Along with his mother, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Ira C. Roach Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Roach; maternal grandparents, John and Josephine Troxler. Mr. Roach is survived by his wife of nearly 4 years, Faye Roach; father, Mallory Roach; siblings, David Roach (Debbie), Lory Roach (Sammy Turner); aunt and uncle, Barbara and Albert Roach; aunt, Clarice Roach; cousins, Cindy, Doug, Penny, Damon and Chuck as well as a large extended family. The family would like to issue a special thanks to the staff at Rouse’s Group Home, Attorney Keith Black, Hospice of Rockingham County and most importantly to Barbara and Albert Roach who loved Tracy as one of their own. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Special Olympics of North Carolina at SONC.net or 2200 Gateway Centre Blvd., Ste. 201, Morrisville, NC 27560.
