Virginia Chilton Gibson

Garner, NC: On September 10, 2015, Virginia Chilton Gibson, born May 22, 1944 was called home by her Lord and Savior. Surrounded by loved ones she received her promotion to heaven. Upon arrival in heaven she was reunited with her loving husband, James Gibson, her son, Keith Gibson, her grandson, Ryan Gibson and her parents, B. Frank Chilton, Sr. and Margaret Odell Chilton. Virginia is survived by her children, Arlene (Tim) Wesley, James (Amy) Gibson and Michael Wayne Gibson; grandchildren, Kathy, Mandi, Kimberly, Keith and Megan; great grandchildren, Kevin DaShawn, Aaliyah, Jonathan, Summer, Bryant, Katelyn and Gracie, siblings, Deborah Chilton, Diane Chilton, Gary Chilton, Patricia Chilton and B. Frank Chilton, Jr. and many nieces, nephews and friends. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, September 14, 2015 at Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Strader officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Sunday evening from 5-7 PM at Wilkerson Funeral Home and other times at the home of Diane Chilton, 164 Lucy Lane, Reidsville.
