Virginia Toler Manring

Virginia Toler Manring, 67, of Reidsville, peacefully went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at her home.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, May 18, 2023 at Evergreen Memory Gardens with Pastor Ricky Garrett officiating.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 PM at Wilkerson Funeral Home prior to the service. 

Virginia was born in Danville, Virginia to the late Claude Toler and Hilda Osborne Pruitt. She was a retired Supervisor with Lowes Home Improvement.  Virginia was happily married to her husband, Kenneth for 40 years and they enjoyed numerous hobbies together, especially fishing , camping and maintaining a beautiful yard.  She loved hosting family get togethers and was known for her good country cooking and meaningful prayers before meals.  She had many creative talents including wreath making, painting and sewing. Family was very important to her and we will always cherish the laughter and memories that she brought to our lives.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, John and Wayne Toler; and twin sister, Susie Lovelace; grandsons, Jordan Lee Archibald and Jared Taylor Archibald.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Manring; daughters, Maria Manring Hudson and Kelly Manring Bratcher (John); grandchildren, Joshua Richard Chilton, Garrett Warren Collins, William Luke Hudson and Jaidan Lee Archibald; great grandchildren, Kensleigh Taylor Archibald and Abrielle Allison Archibald; like a daughter and granddaughters, Mandy Lynn Meeks (Timmy) and Tristan DeLayne Strader and Gracin Elaine Meeks; brother, Cam Toler (Julie); sisters, Joan Daniel, Kay Chambers (Roger) and Fran Moore; special nieces, Tanya Chilton and Cindy Daniel Sparks.
