Waylon Keith Bolden

Waylon Keith Bolden, 42, passed away on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Moses Cone Hospital surrounded by his family.

A visitation will be held from 4-6 PM on Monday, February 7, 2022 at Wilkerson Funeral Home.  Also you may visit with the family at 977 Grooms Road, Reidsville. 

Waylon was born in Rockingham County to Vickie Tate Melvin and the late Johnny Bell Bolden. He worked as a upholsterer for A C Furniture Company in Eden and was a Jack of all trades. He lived life to the fullest. He loved his family. He was a wonderful son, brother, father and friend. He will truly be missed. Although his life ended, the lives of two others were saved by organ donations.

Those left to cherish his memory are his son Waylon Keith Bolden, Jr. and Caitlyn; daughter Layla Bolden; mother Vickie Tate Melvin; sisters Robin Wyatt and husband Tim and Rachel Pulliam and Jeff Strader; brother Ronnie Bolden; his best friend Adrien Scarborough; girlfriend Heather Billingsley and many extended friends and family.

We love you Waylon until we meet again!
