William "Ben" Bentley Duke

William Bentley “Ben” Duke, 56, of Reidsville, went home to be with his Lord on Wednesday, February 26, 2020. A memorial service will be held at Wilkerson Funeral Home on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 11:00 AM with Dr. Greg Robertson and Dr. Ron Tuck officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service and other times at the home of Lois Rudd. Ben was born to the late William Nathaniel Duke and Lois Talley Duke in Rockingham County. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and loved gardening, cooking and his dog Charly. He was a simple man and loved his family. He will be greatly missed. He is survived by his brothers, Terry Duke (Jana), Tyler Duke (Lynn); sister Phyllis Cayton (Dean); nieces, Madison Bryant (Chandler), Savannah Duke; nephews, Scott and Josh Cayton; great nephew Colby Cayton and special aunt, Lois Rudd as well as a loving extended family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Rockingham County, P.O Box 281, Wentworth, NC 27375 or Growing Oaks Community Church, 7921 Hwy 158, Reidsville NC 27320.
