William "Bill" Frank McCollum

William "Bill" Frank McCollum Jr. born 10-30-63, a fighter to the end, surrendered his battle on October 22nd at his home in Virginia Beach. He leaves his parents, Frank & JoAnne McCollum, sister, Amy Ramirez and her husband, Alex, and two nieces, Anna & Ashley, and his longtime canine companion Abby, his aunt Barbara Wiren of Summerfield, N.C., several cousins and many friends all of whom will miss him deeply. There will be a celebration of his life at Wilkerson Funeral Home in Reidsville, on Thursday Nov 3rd from 6 to 8 pm. We ask that if you have any photos to share or would like to recall any memories it would be greatly appreciated. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to intrepidhospice, 4510 Holland Office Park, Suite 503, Virginia Beach, Va. 23452, your local SPCA, or charity of your choice. A graveside service will be held for the immediate family at Reidlawn Cemetery, Reidsville N.C.
