William Stephen Scott

Reidsville - William "Bill" Stephen Scott, 67, of 141 Twin Lakes Drive, passed away on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at his home.A memorial service will be held 3:00PM Sunday April 29, 2012 at Fairgrove United Methodist Church with Rev. Ed Marsh officiating. The family will see friends following the service.Bill was born in Saratoga Springs, New York and grew up in Corinth, New York and was the son of the late Lincoln and Thelma Eggleston Scott. He was a retiree of General Electric and a member of the Rockingham County Amateur Radio Club and is now a "Silent Key".Survivors include his wife, Rebecca Scott; son, Michael Curtis and wife, Chrissy; grandchildren, Cayden and Callison; brother, Doug Scott; and his faithful companion, Rufus.Memorial contributions may be made to the National Parkinson Foundation, Gift Processing Center,
